Ordered this Ramo Buchón and loose rose petals for my brother over the phone for a pick up and Maria did an amazing job. The worker who helped me out over the phone was really nice and helpful in getting my order in and the order was ready on time. They called me the day of to confirm the time as well and when I went in, Maria was there to greet me. I can’t thank them enough. The price was more than reasonable and I will definitely be going back. I love shopping local and going to Latino owned businesses. The best part was that I ordered this two days prior and I can’t thank them enough for being so helpful and efficient.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and the price was affordable. There was a small hiccup with the delivery. But the owner was accommodating. Even though the arrangement didn't make it to the service I would recommend this shop to anyone and I will use her again. She was very polite and accommodating. She made me feel at ease. The customer service was top notch.

If I could give more stars I would, 10/10 service! I have order from many flower shops in the past and this was hands down the best one yet. Customer service was amazing and the flowers looked incredible. Thank you so much Areli flowers for doing such an amazing job!
