“Working with Shear Perfection Landscape & Maintenance Co. was a wonderful experience. Chad, the owner, was very helpful and had some great ideas about the project for my backyard, which needed a total overhaul. He answered all of my MANY questions, sometimes more than once! Every aspect of the project (timelines, cost, process) was clearly communicated, in writing, and I really appreciated that there were no surprises.

Chad introduced me to all of the guys on the crew (Cesar, Romeo, Roberto and David..I apologize if I missed anyone!) and explained who would be doing what. They were all friendly and respectful. Hunter came by at a later date (because of weather issues) to stain/seal the deck and install some of the irrigation equipment. He was also very friendly and professional. This company does things right and has wonderful employees! “After many, many months of design and planning, we were introduced to Randy by our landscape designer. As originally planned, the project was well above our budget. Randy and the designer (Geoff Andrews) came over one evening, sat with my wife and I, and helped to find ways to make adjustments and cuts to the original scope to get the project within budget but also to where we would love the end result. We signed a contract that night and Randy got to work the following week. We were doing an entire backyard renovation including pouring all new concrete, removing changes in elevation, and adding an outdoor kitchen. Demo was FAST and if not for nonstop rain, we probably would have been done with the remodel sooner as well. Over the 6 months we worked with Randy, there were a few times where we discussed adjustments to our original plan that he felt incremental cost would drastically improve the quality of the end result and we are SO glad we listened to his advice. There were other times where he felt we had some unnecessary changes and where we could SAVE money. In the end, the additions weren't quite offset by the omissions, but the tradeoffs were well worth it. The end result is a masterpiece and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Randy, Tim, Cowboy Ron, and the entire crew.“

“Our yard has drainage pipes that we're clogged up with tree roots, not knowing anyone I picked Bob Jacques out Yelp at random... Bob turned out to be a good choice, he came out to see us for quotes and ended up staying here for an hour or more power washing out the lines and running hose through to get idea where the clogs were and did not charge me for it! He gave me a quote and we booked him. Me Jacques looks a little rough, with long hair and tattooed arms, but then you'd probably expect someone in landscaping to look that way lol, but I could see in talking with him he was a straight shooter. He came out on the scheduled day, with his foreman and they repaired/replaced several feet of pipes and tee joints and repaired a couple sprinkler lines that I had cut in my failed attempts lol. He saved me a lot of money by showing me most of the problems were just cleaning out clogs and kept the replacement to a minimum! Where I had expected the whole line to be replaced.They finished the job in 5-6 hrs but only charged me the quoted 4 hrs.! The 20 Yr old line took some unusual turns from an obvious amateur installation which couldn't have been foreseen so it took longer to dig up. Mr Jacques did a good job and kept everything more than fair priced! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any landscaping work!“

“I had previously installed Tiger Turf artificial grass on a property that we owned, which I absolutely love. I called Tiger Turf for a recommendation for an experienced installer of Tiger Turf in Northern California. Tiger Turf referred me to Bella Turf and Greens.

I contacted Bella Turf and Greens for a bid. I was away from the property, however, Juan gave me a very timely and fair bid for the work requested. Even though I was not able to be at the property for the install, Juan and his crew completed a very professional job, much to my liking. He communicated with me throughout the process and even sent me pictures. In addition, he followed up with our gardener to make sure the turf would be cared for properly. The only concern was a small chip of a sidewalk area, which Juan and crew fixed as requested.
