I have been coming here for almost a year and it has changed my life. I had not done hot yoga consistently since 2019 and I will never stop again. They have two locations, I go to both. They are clean the staff and instructors are great. So many classes to fit into my busy schedule. I definitely recommend. Yoga is a gift to myself.

Ok back in 2021 when we were getting back from the pandemic. I posted a low star review. I had gone there pre pandemic and I was sad that it felt so different to me. All the instructors were different and the whole mask while doing yoga was hard for me. But I believe we should give credit where it's due. I went back today after not going for over a year. It felt really good. I had never met the instructor, I am out of shape and I was a little rusty but it felt really good to be there and it felt like it did when I first joined. I'm very happy to be back in a place that is clean, peaceful and where at least this instructor Yu was attentive to all of us practicing.

I have been practicing yoga at this studio for over a year and I love it. The studio has a 2 floors .The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They offer a variety of classes for different levels and styles of yoga, from beginner to advanced. I always feel challenged and refreshed after each class. The studio also has a great community vibe, with regular events, workshops, and socials. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being through yoga ?‍♀️
