Dan HELPED me over the PHONE to get the broken windows out of the frame; remind you, I'm a Counselor, not a window repair man, but Dan made it seamlessly easy and helped me navigate the process. He told me to head down to his shop fast, which I did, and he fixed my window and screen in less than an hour--highly recommended for anyone looking to get their screen and window fixed!
