American Window Restoration

Working with this company is a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had twenty 20 year old double pane double-hung windows whose opening and closing mechanisms needed repair. Nick answered his phone immediately, set up an evaluation appointment (only does estimates on Saturdays), came exactly on time, noted which windows needed parts, and sent me the estimate in three days. He said the parts would take 6-7 weeks to ship (they actually took almost 12 weeks, not his fault). When the parts came in we scheduled for THE VERY NEXT DAY. He brought a crew of six. Very satisfied with the work this company did for us! They performed a tune up on our front door and 10 casement windows. The front door had gaps with air leaks and our smart lock couldn’t properly lock due to the latch not catching the door when closed. They fixed it perfectly! We thought the windows were original due to the building construction being from the 1930s but it appears the previous owner (a subpar flipper) custom-made these windows to match the style of the building and did an absolutely terrible job.
