“This isn't so much a review, as a sincere thank you. I've been unable to groom, my baby girl because of some health issues. The health issues have also kept me inside a lot. The grooming wasn't just to make her look good, but to make her feel good. She enjoyed the entire staff as they lavished her with their affection and care. She came back feeling clean and fresh. We were both so happy. I'm so grateful. And to the staff, I say, her pee pee hairs (which grow too long) were the shortest I've ever seen them. So clean and precise. We thank you so much for everything.”

“THEY ARE AMAZING WITH CATS<br><br>I’m fostering a 15yo female cat with dementia that had incredibly matted fur. Cleo’s fur is long and incredibly fine, so it tangles easily.<br><br>She wouldn’t let me brush her because it was too painful, so I booked a whole body shave to give her a fresh start.<br><br>I am just blown away with the results of her bath & full body shave! I’ve been to a lot of groomers over the years and unfortunately many of them don’t know how to work with cats. It’s clear these groomers know what they’re doing.”

“I took my kitty for the first time recently and Purrfect Pet Parlor is AMAZING! I was a little surprised at the initial price, but it was absolutely 100% worth it. They very clearly care about safety and comfort of the pets they groom above all else. My cat was given plenty of breaks whenever she was getting antsy, and they asked my permission to take longer with her than was originally estimated. Some may think that taking a long time to groom is a negative, but considering they didn't charge more for the extra time and it was very clearly for the safety and comfort of my cat, I honestly prefer a safe groom to a fast one and think the price and time was worth it. She turned out looking SUPER cute (and I don't like the look of lion cuts, so I'm EXTRA impressed because I love her styling!), and they gave me a great summary of everything they did and how well she handled it! I will definitely be bringing her back!!”

“Brittney is the ultimate groomer...we've trusted our fur babies to her for over 10 years. We tried so many groomers, even some in vet offices. All of them left our babies with hot spots and a couple with injuries...they were terrified of groomers. They absolutely adore Brittney...they run in happy and not trembling. And they've never had a single mark on them. Would never go anywhere else ? ? ? She's equally amazing with cats...we've taken two ? ?”
