The lady who I believe is the owner and operator of this establishment is very nice and always willing to find time for scruffy mutts. They always get returned looking cleaned up and healthy. Highly recommend her if you're in the mood to try someone new.

I went by the shop yesterday & spoke to Melanie. I knew by talking to her that I could trust her with my senior (16 y/o) dachshund. I did not want him to be put in a crate until it was his turn to be cut. Melanie let me know that this would not happen. She does not book appnts in a way that the dogs get dropped off & then have to wait. I was surprised to get an appnt the next day (today). She did an amazing job. The prices are very reasonable (so leave a good tip). A friend had taken her dog to Melanie and was very pleased hence the reason I took Kodi to her. I'm a over the top dog mom & with that I highly recommend Melanie

Melanie is amazing! She knows my dogs and even has nicknames for them. My senior dog loves her which is a big deal because she is kind of a grumpy weirdo in her old age. I think she may be the dog whisperer.
