Kim,I’m very disappointed in the way you conducted business yesterday. It’s really hard to find black stylist who values their customers time. To confirm an appointment for me at 6pm only for you to be starting on someone else’s hair; not finishing but starting. You doubled book and didn’t communicate anything to me. I confirmed the payment method 30 min prior to my scheduled appointment and you didn’t mention anything about running late or having another appointment. Communication and respect goes a long way. I hope this isn’t a normal business tactic that you utilize when setting appointment for NEW CUSTOMERS. #Icandomyownhair #savemymoney #respectmytime

It was my very first time getting my hair braided, this woman let me leave her salon a complete mess! I sent her photos of all the tangles and knots in my hair. She double booked, I was completely rushed when her 12 o'clock showed, she forgot that she booked. I called to confirm the day prior to my appointment & had to call because she was not at her shop on time. Taking the hair out was a disaster, she did not treat my natural hair with care. I would not recommend! The whole experience was a nightmare!
