Rob Quest, Project Manager, has gone over and above helping me understand every aspect of a recent water pipe burst, resulting in quite a bit of water damage to a large area of my home. He was SO quick to respond and has not stopped making sure the process is going smoothly and that my questions / concerns have been answered....especially when it comes to the insurance company . Everyone I've encountered at Blue Dolphin has been very prompt and very professional in tending to my situation, including the gals in the office who have called to appraise me of the next visit times. I woke up to water in my kitchen, called Blue Dolphin and they came out within hours! Rob was amazing and truly appreciated his level of service he provided. We had a fire at our home around Xmas & our entire home was covered in black soot & smoke damage.
