Belmont Heights Tattoo Boutique is a welcoming and friendly tattoo shop. The staff is attentive and makes clients feel comfortable. The shop is clean and has a great vibe. The tattoo artists, particularly Ray, are skilled and take the time to bring clients' visions to life. With a laid-back atmosphere and talented artists, this boutique is a hidden gem that clients return to and recommend to others.
What a great experience. I have full sleeve for the most part; been getting inked for 30 years. Ray is an artist. Easy to work with. Great ideas and can lay the ink down! Bonus he’s is not heavy handed.

Rayban has done all 5 of my visible tattoos ever since the cover-up of my first tattoo. The shop always has a great vibe and Rayban has continuously done a great job at making my vision become a reality. I'm always recommending this shop to friends and family that are looking for their next tattoo.
