Took my daughter here to get her septum pierced. We had such a great experience. Both of the employees that helped us were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made my daughter feel at ease about the whole process and helped her understand the difference in jewelry etc. We will definitely be returning customers!
Loved my experience at Somatic! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I went in to ask a few questions and walked out with my nostril done a few minutes later. They were all so knowledgeable and communicative, especially the piercer Sara. She made sure the placement was optimal to minimize movement and explained exactly how it would go. Sara was super skilled, and I felt almost no pain! The aftercare instructions were detailed but clear, too, and I left with everything I needed to keep it healing nicely.
