Came in to see if I qualified for a study but I guess it's a good thing I didn't qualify lol Madeline was the young lady that helped me she was very nice and answered all my questions. My experience over all was great from the second I stepped through the door the 2 girls in the front Jisela and Giseth were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place! They're here to help the community and do it with a great attitude
Thank you Ark for providing opportunity to people of the Long Beach area and surrounding. The studies offered not only help out in this economy but also are informative in helping learn a little bit more about your health than before. I enjoyed coming in and seeing the whole staff in a wonderful mood and that comes from knowing your in a place that is pleasant and meaningful and it shows here. Thank you to the whole staff here for showing me kindness and being professional every step of the way. I will try to return for another go-round and bring friends as well. This place is amazing, from my physician Martha Navarro to Yamil Verganza a clinical research coordinator. Both kind sweet and always so friendly. And let’s not forget the ladies at the front desk, who always greet us with a smile and great service that feels like family. Most of the employees are so kind and friendly.
