I really Love the professionalism no that but that's such a family to me. Like seriously it's like the family I've never had and I've been searching for finally are running together and the new GM I mean I seen him in another life. Going into 2026 I met some new staff at this location who were incredible!
David, Imari, and Nylah! 🥰
David went above and beyond at the front desk to assist me with switching my mom’s account to silver sneakers (prime) and explained it step by step. I appreciated him telling me the hours that he worked just in case there were any issues! He also contacted the manager whose card is attached to ensure our issue was resolved with billing. 👏🏾
