Their teamwork was remarkable, and they moved furniture back to its original spots, even placing styrofoam beneath wooden legs. Joe from Top Lomita Carpet Care got back to customers within a day, and they were able to schedule services promptly. They suggested a deep cleaning service to get rid of mysterious stains. Just amazing! First off, this was the nicest and most friendly carpet cleaning crew i have ever had at my house, whether for rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or any home service. joe told me the company is family run, and they were great to work with. We called them because our lower-level carpet had water damage and needed a deep clean, our dog had an accident on the couch, and glue got tracked onto the living room carpet. They handled every issue so well, and i was really impressed with how everything turned out, especially the glue removal. They were able to get about 95% of it out, which was far better than i expected, and it was very heavy glue. We had tried glue traps in the lower area, and our dog accidentally stepped in one, then tracked the glue onto the carpet, where it got deeply stuck in the fibers. None of our household cleaners could remove it, but they did. i am thrilled with their carpet cleaning work, stain treatment, and customer service.
Phenomenal, just absolutely amazing. Top Lomita Carpet Care arrived a few minutes early, and emmanuel was professional, polite, and easy to work with. i take care of animals, so the carpets had a lot of tough pet stains, including urine and some spots from a sick animal, and everything looked very dull and worn. One mint-colored carpet looked like it would need to be replaced because i thought there was no saving it, but they brought it back to life. It now looks bright, fresh, and vibrant again. i highly recommend Top Lomita Carpet Care. We had to get the house ready fast before closing, and i needed a full carpet cleaning scheduled right after the main home cleaning. There was a mix-up with timing from another service, so i had to change the carpet appointment with very short notice. Everyone from the scheduling team to the carpet technician was kind, flexible, and very understanding during a very stressful week.
