This was my first time trying VIP Maids after ending my recurring service with a different cleaning company. I have to say I am so glad that I made the switch. VIP Maids was professional and communicative. I consistently corresponded with the same person, Alex, to set things up. I felt that the appointment process was pretty straightforward, though I would love to see a confirmation/reminder email or call the day before the service, just to set my mind at ease.
