The service level by the whole team was exceptional! Brian H is awesome! He knows the products very well, gave great guidance (style, color, tips on installation); he is super friendly and helpful. Early this year, I was preparing my mother’s condo for sale and needed new flooring in the living room and bedrooms. After visiting several local flooring stores, Carpet Spectrum stood out right away. Everyone was helpful from the moment I walked in.
Brian came out promptly to provide estimates for both carpet and vinyl plank. He was on time, honest, and professional, and his written estimates arrived quickly. I followed his advice to go with carpet since it was the more economical choice.
