I had an amazing massage with Cody yesterday. He found all of my tight spots and applied just the right amount of pressure to help my muscles release. I have a super complicated spine (herniations, degenerative arthritis etc) and I could tell he was tracking how my muscles were interacting with each other.
The NOW space is welcoming, clean, and professional and definitely would recommend to others.

Massage & Stretch never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into another dimension calming ocean wave sounds, soothing lighting, and a beautiful, grounding scent that immediately puts your nervous system at ease.
I’m from LA and have always loved this experience, but I wanted my parents to experience the Livermore location and it was perfect. The space was peaceful
