I visit the body spot and met with Linda she is good on asking on area that hurt
and knows how to get the knots out and she also does the flexible stretching so my body wasn’t used to it , but getting better so I think she’s one of the best I ever had I let the manager know she’s just my opinion she’s great !
I made an appointment on a Sunday through their website appointment system. Very easy. I had a 90 minute massage. It was fabulous! Unexpected treat was hot stone massage included. Amy was my therapist and was wonderful. I had the best neck and scalp massage ever! Very affordable and the ambience is very zen.
Wow! This place was awesome. My family and I went for 60 minute massages and they were easily able to accommodate all three of us. The actual facilities are quite clean and the ambiance is peaceful. The beds are also very comfy and the setups are perfect for the types of massages they offer :) Last time I had a massage (which was at a different spot), I left feeling more tense and in pain than when I arrived. This place wasn't like that at all! My massage therapist was gentle but firm where she needed to be. She started with a face massage, went onto my shoulders and arms, and then to my legs and feet.
