Ninous was our technician for our annual A/C check up. He was prompt, actually early, thorough, answered my questions clearly and respectful of our home by cleaning up better than it was before. Plus Ninous is a very pleasant person who had a good amount of knowledge about appliances in general. He suggested adding a surge suppressor to our furnace, but we may consider that at a future date. He was not a high pressure sales person, just making a consideration for us to decide upon. We are on a service contract and pay a small amount each month, so no service charge is paid per visit unless we get something fixed or added on other than standard... read full review

Kevin the service tech was very knowledgeable, and professional all the way. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions. He was very thorough and a very nice guy. This system check was a very positive experience.

Moses performed the air conditioning maintenance check and was professional, knowledgeable and completed in a timely manner. He has done both the maintenance on the heating and air and I am very satisfied with his work.
