My water heater went out yesterday so we set up an appointment at 8am this morning for 1pm-2pm. Roto-Rooter called me to offer an earlier appointment and they had my water heater fully replaced by about 2:30pm! Great service from Enrique!
My service was fantastic from beginning to end. The initial intake with the call center was very prompt and I heard from a dispatch within 30 minutes and Enrique was at my house within the hour. The work was done At a great price and very efficiently. I also appreciated that Enrique pointed out a few other issues that we may want to pay attention to overtime in our crawlspace with some recalled plumbing installations.
Very professional and attentive to details team. All questions I had were answered. Clean and professional way of handling water mitigation with professional equipments. Especially wanted to mention Eduardo. He did everything professionally to make sure that no area is affected by water applying antibacterial spray and fully drying all affected areas.
