Roto rooters were able to send a plumber immediately to help me fix a leaking toilet pipe. I appreciate the quick turn around time but the initial estimate was $200 then was mentioned $300 and finally when making a payment it was $380 and said parts are extra. To change a small pipe and the flush valve I think it was overpriced. But I still appreciate the quick turnaround which was needed at the time. Would have been a 5 star if it was fixed it time at a reasonable and transparent pricing and would have recommended this company to people I know getting them more business.
After over a week of not getting a decent plumber out to my home, Sean showed up today. He was on time, knew what he was talking about and worked with me, the customer fairly and professionally. They need to clone Sean.
