Positive Plumbing & Drain

I called Seth on the recommendation of my brother, a local appliance repairman. My shower water turned cold after only four or five minutes. Initially I thought it was because my tankless on-demand water heater had not been maintained in six years. Seth did extensive trouble shooting and demonstrated that it was not the water heater. He replaced the cartridge and the balance cylinder in my shower and tightened the handle. The shower works flawlessly now. However, Seth pointed out that the plumber who installed the tankless water heater did not install the maintenance kit that the manufacturer requires for draining and flushing the system. Excellent work by Seth. I called Wednesday, he was at the house first thing the next day to fix 2 stubborn leaks in a kitchen and bathroom sink caused by a previous un named plumber. All parts properly placed and e excellent work done. I would not hesitate to recommend seth. Good stuu

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Terrible, horrible, DISHONEST people. Was a nightmare experience. The owner Seth ripped me off. Didn't perform the agreed upon services and fraudulently charged me $2000 which I did not owe on top of the deposit I paid for the agreed upon services.On top of all that, I overheard him using racist language and comments on multiple occasions.
