Norm’s Towing and their driver, David, saved the day for me! My EV was frozen and completely inoperable. After several failed attempts to get multiple roadside providers to send the proper truck for my towing needs, I found Norm’s Towing through a quick Google search and gave them a call directly. They had the right truck to my location within minutes. The driver, David, was top notch. He was professional and handled my vehicle with extreme care.

Can't remember the driver's name but he was awesome. He took my truck and trailer by the truck stop so I could put refer fuel in so it wouldn't stop running. Then to Kenworth to find out what's wrong with the girl. He was very friendly and easy to get along with. If ever I need another tow ( hope to God I don't) but if I do I know who to call. Thanks for everything.

So much to say about the wonderful man we were lucky enough to meet.After the first tow service on the Google list screwed us, we called Norms. It was a tiny bit more expensive, but so worth it. I wish we would have gotten his name. He chatted with us all the home through two hours of traffic.The time flew by.We actually learned a lot about so many different things. I don't think this Angel knows how much his words meant to us.God bless !!
