Transmission went out on Altamont Pass on a cold gusty night. Masud pulled up and asked if I needed help. I was on the phone with my insurance company, so Masud left his number, saying they might make me wait. His rate was only slightly more than my insurance, so I called him. He towed my car to my home and even pushed it to a parking space in a tiny parking lot! Altogether a great experience and a welcome relief when you’re in trouble.
