5 Stars for the exceptional customer service. I was looking for Vinyl Plank and found a clearance items I like in the show room. However the quantity in stock was not enough for me. Blanca Moore went out of her way to search other stores and collected all items that I need from 3 stores. She was always there to pick up my calls, answer my questions, and solve problems patiently.
Very friendly advisers. They can get busy and the showroom is small, early morning worked well for us. Unfortunately getting a sample of the selected flooring was a problem. We took a photo which is not really the same as a decent sample. We spent a couple of days gathering samples at other stores and returned to LL Flooring to compare. Eventually ended up ordering product which was simple. Delivery to the store was a lot sooner than estimated.
