The guys at PBM are always so nice and helpful. Sometimes it takes me a few trips to get quotes, change quotes, get samples, etc. They’re always super patient with me. I recently ordered the Cambrian blend and the stones were perfect. The blend was spot on and looks fantastic installed. They even delivered all the way from Livermore to Arnold which nobody else would even touch! My go-to stone shop!
This place is awesome! They had a large selection of boulders that was really unique and Manager Kevin was very helpful. The price he got us was very reasonable and the delivery driver could not have been nicer. He spent a great deal of time being patience and unloading our boulders. The driver was the nicest guy ever. PBM is our go-to stone provider in Northern California. The prices are unbeatable, the selection quality unmatched, yet it's the customer service that stands out. Kevin is always willing to text, email or chat on the phone to discuss various options and estimates. We used them for our custom fireplace hearth (photo attached) after calling around the entire Bay Area trying to find a beautiful single slab.
