My fiancé and I had planned to go wedding band shopping and wanted to make sure we had bands we really wanted and didn’t just settle for. We’ve gone to a few places already but decided to swing by the Livermore outlets to check what was there. We went to Kevin Jewelers first, and fell in love with two bands but we felt like it was too good to be true so we asked to hold the rings so we can at least look around to make sure we checked off all of our options. After checking about 3 or 4 more stores, we talked about it and just wanted to go back to Kevin’s. We ended up purchasing our bands! We came to the store to brows around, all staff was helpful but one in particular stood out the most. Her name is Lyn, she was so nice, friendly any really want to help her customer, took her time and really help me find what really want. I will surely recommend Lyn here at Kevin Jewelry.

Went to the Livermore location to shop for engagement rings with my partner. When we got there Ricky helped us and he was great! He wasn’t your typical sales person. He helped us find what we were looking for and was not pushy at all. He was really responsive and patient when we called and bombarded him with questions ? eventually we bought the ring and even after we submitted the order, we asked to make tweaks. He was super professional and made it happen! I love my ring and am already looking forward to going back and getting an upgrade in a few years!
