I had a good customer experience at this place. Liked the online appt and checkin. The staff were courteous. The place was clean. Courtney did a fine job. I saw lot of customer traffic. It looked like a popular place. I will go here again.

I came back to Great Clips after about a 4 year break getting a haircut elsewhere. My regular barber moved and Great Clips by Lowe's was too convenient to pass up. I waited about 15 minutes after checking in online and was seated for a haircut by Ashley. She was incredibly pleasant to talk to during the haircut and the final result was exactly what I wanted. Ashley is very good at her job and her bedside manners are on point. I definitely recommend her. Great clips by Lowe's is definitely busier than the other 2 locations in Livermore and the wait times tend to be longer. I think that's for a good reason.

AC was out (for the last 3 weeks). Fans blowing hair everywhere. Friendly and nice staff. Fast haircut. Went home and noticed the back of my head/neck was waaaay off. Super crooked. Luckily my hair grows fast. I'd probably try again for $22.
