Brilliant, helpful and kind. Best front desk and wax technician I’ve had there at Livermore ca location. I had foot injury and front desk helped me with door. And front desk well trained in sales and mature in conversation. Wax tech was extremely thorough and excellent. Thank you wonderful staff. Kimberly Riley
