Kiara has been amazing since day one. I had tried multiple places. I was honestly traumatized. But Kiara always makes me laugh, asks me if the wax is too hot, to let her know if at any point it gets uncomfortable. I have been in customer service for over 12 years. And I can tell when I see great service l. Kiara has always been a delight, because I know that I am being taken care by someone that makes me feel less stress and who cares.
Very great service!! I had the best waxer here, she really took her time and was so thorough! I had to come to this location because I was previously waxed at another location and was left patchy.? So grateful for the ladies here, they got me together. Also, touch ups are complimentary so if you ever don’t like a wax job and they missed something. Call and let them know!:)
Didn't have to wait long at all, scheduling an appointment was super easy. Was in and out with great service. Pricing was on point and they were doing a holiday special which I appreciated. I will definitely be back.
