Contact Lisa at East Valley Termite, you won't regret. She is trustable, professional, and responsible. I called her in March and schedule for fumigation in May because my house is still under remodeling. She has all the paperwork ready and has the team come to do the work. I thought I have to pay when we sign the contract which other termite company request to pay before they come. But we pay after the work done. The price is very reasonable compare to other companies in San Jose or Tracy.Thank you Lisa!

Me and my wife recently purchased a home that East Valley Termite Company had done a home inspection on (the inspection was for the original home owner, not for us). We had a different inspector come out and they quoted us 5X for the same repairs. Once we needed the repairs done we called East Valley Termite, they communicated effectively and showed up on time and did all the repairs. The thing that really stood out to me was that our quote included some decorative work that wasn't necessary, and the contractor that came out to do the work talked to us about ways to lower the cost of the repairs.
