I came in and had no idea about the system. You have to have your physical prescription and you have to pull a number. It took my second time to find the number machine ahhaa and I waited and there was a really funny lady named Jerika there. Luckily she was the one who called my number. She made my first time go smoothly and humored me. I was super appreciative for her being personable and not a robot like some other places. I called someone immediately after I left to make a recommendation for them. Thank you Jerika for making it easy and fun.

I've used Costco vision for many years and have been very happy with their product and services. On most recent visit, I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from a wonderful associate and was told 2 weeks max. One pair arrived and I picked them up. When it went beyond 2 weeks for the 2nd pair, I phoned the number directly from the website. I waited while it rangand rang, then I was transferred to the optometrist (?) before anyone spoke to me. She took my name, looked into my situation and said someone would call me back. I hung up and called again. After several minutes, an unfriendly person answered with, "We are very busy here." I quickly explained my situation and she saw my frames were backordered. Why not notify me so I don'thave to call? When I thanked her and pointed out that I'm not less important than shoppers, she hung up on me. We've lost Customer Service people and your ratings reflect it!!

It was sad to see some reviews saying that they received a bad customer service. I had the opposite experience.Here's the scenario we made an appointment at 1:00pm and I completely got confused thinking my appointment was at 2pm. We walked in at 2pm and explained the situation to the ladies at the front desk. They quickly understood and still accepted my son. We had to wait a bit but they were able to fit us in. My son had his vision exam quickly and Dr. Curt Nguyen did a thorough eye exam on my son.I went and shop at the store while my son was getting his eye exam. Professional, friendly, and helpful staff and Dr. Nguyen was efficient and quick. Not to mention the cost of the exam is so affordable. I will take my business here anytime I need an eye exam. Thank you Costco Optical Staff.
