Charlie came to clean my chimney. He was was wonderful! Gave me a quote over the phone with a range and explained why it would cost possibly different prices… I had no surprises. He showed up when scheduled, text that he was in the way. He was super clean and careful. He explained EVERYTHING to me and was honest and fair.
