I have a history of melanoma and so I get skin checks regularly. I'd been going to Stanford, but it was difficult to get appointments and they always felt rushed. For my last few skin checks I've been seeing Mary Katz, PA, and she has been excellent. I am able to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time, she has great bedside manner, and she's very thorough. Unlike my previous providers, she takes pictures of anything that looks to be worth monitoring so that she can compare whether it is changing over time. I feel confident that she'll catch anything that comes up but also won't go crazy with unnecessary biopsies.

So glad to have been referred to this dermatologist due to our regular clinic being booked several months out. I was able to secure an appointment within two weeks of calling. Lady I spoke with over the phone (and in person) that sent us all the forms to be completed and got us all registered was such a delight. She made the process a breeze! Appointment went great. The doctor was thorough, he took his time going over family history, explaining the cause and treatment for the issues, then answered all our questions. What we really loved was the convenience of being able to buy products in-office for treatment of most of the complaints at the same time as our appointment.
