Great service. Installed the water softener and the RO 2 years back. I'm extremely satisfied with the taste of the water and the service. I need to change the water filter once in a year. The service guy was great and was able to explain the test and quality of the water system. Though the faucet was not rigid after 2 years of use and the service guy tightened it during their service. Overall love AWP system and service!
We had our initial system (water softener and reverse osmosis) installed almost 6 years ago. Still working great with regular filter changes. Kareem was great at communicating and coming the next day to replace the filters and membrane. He tested all of our water qualities (tap water, fridge filtered water and reverse osmosis water) and the RO water was remarkably cleaner! So cool to actually see the results.
There is a regular maintenance requirement for the RO system (about $300 every 2-3 years, which wasn’t quite explained to us when we purchased initially) but the water softener system still only requires the salt pellets which are fairly inexpensive at...read full review
