AIS keeps sending really courteous and professional people over. Rafael and Edgar arrived on time and finished the job in a day ( AC and furnace replacement). They left my house and yard clean too!
Thanks to Fausto and Abel for a speedy and effective installation of new furnace and AC system, plus removal of 28yr-old original system. Enjoying new system's performance. Great work!
I had a 10-year-old furnace malfunction and invited two companies to troubleshoot the issue and provide repair bids.
AIS in Livermore gave helpful feedback, did a good job troubleshooting, and offered a practical repair solution. Yes, like many HVAC companies, they may suggest additional services, but you can always decline anything you do not need.
What stood out to me was that the other company’s proposed solution was very far from the simpler fix AIS identified. The part itself was probably around $30, and the total repair cost came to $550.
