“He is the best--let me start with that. If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I had been searching for a technician for a few months. Some promised to come but never showed up, and others didn't even call back. Omar responded right away. He called me back, asked a few questions, and explained clearly what he would do during the first visit, with no hidden fees. Omar arrived and fixed everything. He performed diagnostics and explained what needed to be done without any pressure--just offered his advice. We agreed and got started. Initially, the work was supposed to take about an hour, nothing too difficult. However, during the repairs, we discovered that the "house" wasn't ready to function properly, and one of our pipes burst. Omar spent seven hours at our house and didn't leave until everything was done. He didn't complain and worked as if he were doing it for himself. He charged exactly what he had estimated at the beginning. I truly believe he is a professional who goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done properly. The next day, he texted to ask if everything was okay. This follow-up shows that he is responsible and genuinely cares about his clients.“

“I had an emergency situation in my front yard and needed same day assistance to fix the issue. My sprinkler head was leaking water all over my front yard (I have DG which is not supposed to be wet). I was scared of a huge water bill which I knew would be inevitable unless it got fixed ASAP.

I called 3 different sprinkler repair/irrigation companies and Paul is the only one who responded. He came out a few hours later and got to work. “So I’ve seen the reviews here it’s a mixed batch honestly I dropped my land mower as it didn’t start bad some issues. People where commenting his bad this and that and what not and I never really took people words really normally they make assumptions based on bad emotions rather then logic. So I decided to give it a shot took it Friday he said he would call on Monday never got the call so I called Tuesday it was ready. I had a bad carburetor charged me 50 works well now and I’m home. I mean I’m sure everyone will have a different experience but if you want a simple fix take it here he seems like a great guy people around that area are normally a bit rough and expect the best quality and this just isn’t it it’s solid work is all. I had no issues the guy was cool a bit of a language barrier but nothing to bad. What else is there to say? The place alone looks a bit iffy but pretty straightforward really messy but as long as my machine is well taken care of and worked on or fixed what do I care it’s his business. 5 stars for me“
