I found Gerald Solley and Bugabate via an Amazon help back in 2017 - when I moved into a new rental. Gerald and his team came out right away and took care of setting me up on a monthly to bi-monthly plan. Could they have said you need every month and gouged me - sure. But they were very upfront about what I needed. I love this company. I use for general keep the creepy crawlies away.
Working with Frontier was a great experience. Shiloh and Augie were very attentive to everything we asked for in our design. I found Todd on thumbtack. He called and we set up a time to look at our problem. He showed up on time. He was extremely courteous. He is SO easy to talk to. He then listen to what we had to say the problem. He spent next 45-60 minutes diagnosing the issue. I took him another 30-45 minutes to fix the problem.
