Augie and Shiloh were referred to me by two different prior clients. Both people raved about the professionalism and quality of work by these two men. They quoted me a fair price for pool, deck, and landscape (and all my research online said to make sure that your contractors were familiar with Title 24 rules- which they seemed to have it all memorized). They also were extremely kind in that they never tried to “upsell” me. They simply educated me on options and scenarios where things might be important. Working with Frontier was a great experience. Shiloh and Augie were very attentive to everything we asked for in our design. Throughout the process, Shiloh was extremely easy to contact and work with. We appreciated the honest timelines and when to expect work to be completed. Our family now has a beautiful pool thanks to their incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. I can not say enough how much we appreciate what they did for us and are thankful for the easy communication throughout. We met with Auggie and Shiloh and decided to go with Frontier Pools. Everything was going well until my husband, who works on numerous construction projects, questioned some of the pipes that were used for our spa. Auggie was very attentive and remedied the situation immediately. His son Shiloh, however, began threatening my husband and making accusations about him that were completely untrue. I had to ban Shiloh from my property unfortunately. I would have fired them and went with another pool contractor at that point, but we were so close to the completed project, I decided that was the way to go.
