“Our yard has drainage pipes that we're clogged up with tree roots, not knowing anyone I picked Bob Jacques out Yelp at random... Bob turned out to be a good choice, he came out to see us for quotes and ended up staying here for an hour or more power washing out the lines and running hose through to get idea where the clogs were and did not charge me for it! He gave me a quote and we booked him. Me Jacques looks a little rough, with long hair and tattooed arms, but then you'd probably expect someone in landscaping to look that way lol, but I could see in talking with him he was a straight shooter. He came out on the scheduled day, with his foreman and they repaired/replaced several feet of pipes and tee joints and repaired a couple sprinkler lines that I had cut in my failed attempts lol. He saved me a lot of money by showing me most of the problems were just cleaning out clogs and kept the replacement to a minimum! Where I had expected the whole line to be replaced.They finished the job in 5-6 hrs but only charged me the quoted 4 hrs.! The 20 Yr old line took some unusual turns from an obvious amateur installation which couldn't have been foreseen so it took longer to dig up. Mr Jacques did a good job and kept everything more than fair priced! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any landscaping work!“

Responsive, showed up when he said he would and on time, he left a great first impression. We were planning to get multiple quotes but we liked him so much we already knew we wanted to work with him to do our patio. In addition, the cactus plants on the island and front yard were very overgrown and had become unsightly. I contacted Luis, who came out within a couple of days to look at my yard. I felt that his bid was extremely fair considering all the work that we discussed. Just under two weeks later, he and his crew arrived on time and within just a few hours had raked up and removed all the bark, cut back the cactus, removed all the plants that I no longer wanted on the driveway island, had laid weed fabric and ran new irrigation lines to the remaining plants. The next day his crew arrived on time, completed the front yard and courtyard and began work in the backyard. His crew is meticulous in their work and are very careful to clean up after finishing their work.
