“This was my first time at Aspen Dental. I would like to start by saying I do NOT go to chain dental companies. I always find a private dentist. I have had some issues with my teeth in the last several years. I thought my teeth were so bad that I should just get dentures. Mind you I’m only 40. My first visit I met the office manager and she was amazing. I was taken back to have my X-rays and 3D scan by the assistant and she was so friendly. I then met the dental hygienist and she was sweet, gentle, and thorough. After her, I met the dentist, he was very friendly. He asked me what my intentions were for the appointment. I explained I thought my teeth were bad enough for all on 4 dentures. He asked, can I tell you why I don’t think you need all on 4? He explained to me tooth by tooth what he thought I needed and what he would do for me. He said once you remove your permanent teeth they’re gone forever there is no going back. He was so thorough and gave me options on what could be done for me. We made a plan together and he did an amazing job. After my appointment the office manager went above and beyond trying to help me pay for the plan. She rearranged the plan several times to make a plan to fit my budget. I can’t afford all the work at once but we will work step by step to make it more affordable. This was the Lincoln Ca office. This is an hour and a half from my house but I saw their reviews and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did.“
