When I initially reached out via phone call I was pleasantly to receive word back the same day.
When it came time for the cleaning Jacob was on time and worked very hard to clean my monstrosity of a sectional. The sectional had became the punching bag of two young boys over the years and it needed some care. The sectional looks fantastic and fresh. Jacob humored me with good conversation and was a delight!
