Very good experience. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered. They showed up on time and all work was completed in a timely manner. They were mindful of my property.

Our only problem was the instructions on wrapping the bags. Afterwards I them in the bottom of box of bags. Therefore, we had to do everything twice! It was very time-consuming other than that everything went well.

We waited for call that last day to see if it was OK to return. Only after we came home by 12 noon that we saw the tent down and a note that it's OK to enter. They where nice and did their job but a call would've been helpful. Maybe Terminex was supposed to call. Oh well.
