I had jet black hair and Norma gave me the most beautiful highlights ever ?? I’ve been going to Norma for the past 2 years and she has helped my hair grow and get stronger with Keratin treatments . Then I wanted a change so we did highlights and I am in loveeee! Pricing is unbeatable and Norma is one of the best
