Great Job!! We had a roof leak in three (3) areas of our home due improper roof installation. We had three (3) quotes for tile lift and relay reroof process. A co-worker of mine recommended me to get a quote from Martin Roofing Co. because of the great job they did at his home. Nestor Chavez (project manager) went to our home asses our roofing needs, and he sent as an estimate and specifying the detailed scope of work on what needs to be done. The estimate was right on the spot plus additional repairs - which Nestor fully discussed it to me first what needs to be done and the cost of repair. He is very thorough. And shout out to his whole team who did a very good job!! They are very clean. Every day before they leave, they clean the whole area making sure that all related debris are clean. They are very organized and respectful. Also, Nestor did a good job in finding and supplying new tiles to supplement broken tiles for our roof. Work was done in 5 days. We are very pleased with the results. And Nestor even took pictures of their finished work. I highly recommend Martin Roofing for all your roofing needs!!!
We hired Martin Roofing to redo the roof on our house and they did a fantastic job. One side has an angled roof, and the other side has a flat roof. Nestor, the supervisor, was very thorough in letting us know our options, as well as his recommendations and why. The results are excellent! We have new shingles on the angled part of the roof, and they look beautiful. We have a silicone coating on the flat part of the roof, and the room underneath now stays so much cooler than the rest of the house! Martin roofing was extremely efficient - the whole job only took about three days. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.
