I highly recommend Floor Pros for their highly responsive customer service, custom craft workmanship, and friendly team.Walt knows his craft, the business of it, and how to relate and communicate with customers. His team of craftsmen, lead by Manuel, crated exceptional results at my custom newly built Manhattan Beach home. Manuel is an artist. he deftly color matched steps and trim to a difficult to match floor material. It's inspiring to know their are still people like Manuel that truly care and take pride in their craft.It was a project with many out of the ordinary work timing requirements. Walt and his team flexed and rolled with it. They collaborated with several other trades onsite although an empty job site would have been better for them.The highlight of their work came after it seemed their work was done. At my requested, Walt immediate returned to understand my concern and brought his team back to my home several times until their work met my and his high standards,Congrats and thank you to Walt, Manuel, and the entire Floor Pros team!

We are very happy with our new LVP floor, which was installed upstairs and downstairs in our townhome by Floor Pros. Julio, Chris, and Eric were all fantastic. Julio, the project manager, gave me a quick estimate, and then provided contract updates within a day when I wanted to change the scope of the work. He pointed out things that I would not have thought of (like removing the closet door tracks), provided a choice of different baseboards, and also came up with a great solution to work with our new stairway. He saved me a lot of worry! Chris and Eric did the installation and they were amazing. They fixed my squeaky plywood subfloor, filled the holes in the concrete floor, and got all the details right where the floor met doors, cabinets, and other floors. They answered all my questions (of which there were many), and even worked around me as I worked from home. They were very thorough in putting plastic over all our furniture and sealing off areas as they worked. They were also careful with our items as they moved them from side to side as they installed the flooring in each room. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a LVP flooring installation.

My wife and I recently had new flooring installed by floor pros. The goal was t match the existing floor that had been installed on one side of the home. Floor pros did in excellent job and provided great service in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend and use the company again.
