I really wanted to love this salon. Most of the staff is beyond lovely. However, the prices are $10-15 more than other salons and the last three times I have been in I have left with my nails looking terrible. One time it was so bad I had to go back in the next day and have them redone. Flooding the cuticles, polish looks lumpy, misshapen nails and yesterday the technician repaired a broken nail and left clumps of glue and dip clogged in the corner of my nail. A $50 regular manicure (not gel), very disappointed. Again. I won’t be back.
Even though I was invited by my sister in law to do our nails done here, I hadn’t had a good experience. The person who did manicure to me was a little too rough, and the polish on my thumb nail peeled off as soon as I get out of this place after waiting for 20 minutes to get dry. My family were waiting just for me to fixed it and when I get out of there for the second time still didn’t smooth completely, I was just feel annoyed, but I really wanted to appreciate my sister in law by taking me there. Few weeks after that, all the skin on my nail wall were open up like peeling off and became rough. I won’t go back there again.
My 6 year old could give a better pedicure. Loud, LOUD obnoxious staff that treat you like a number. No relaxing here whatsoever.... no comfortable massage chairs or jacuzzi tub for your feet just a bowl of tepid water. Woman doesn't even ask you midway if you are satisfied with her work. WTF .... Poor at best, but they sure know how to overcharge you.
