I’ve come here a couple times and they get the job done. But this visit I made an appointment 20 minutes before arriving and they couldn’t recall making any appointment. )they had seated 3 people and made me wait. So don’t bother with appointments, they won’t honor them.

Sometimes when I'm frustrated with my nails, I decide to just be bummed and leave, this time, I spoke up... and I was pleasantly surprised to receive no eye roll, no huffing & puffing. The woman who was in charge (?) came over and quickly cleaned up the polish from around my nails and even used it as a teachable moment for her staff. My nails look great, and I am happy to give 5 stars to a shop who takes pride in their work, and openly respects not only their customers but their staff as well. I'll be back.

I have been getting my nails done here since 2020 and my hubby his hair cut. They are friendly family and have no complaints. I like it because it's affordable considering it's in an expensive neighborhood..
