I got my highlights done by Alex. Right from scheduling the appointment, the process was smooth! I get my highlights done very often, but this was hands down the best experience I had. The changing stations and the salon itself were super clean. Alex was very understanding about what I wanted. She knew what she was doing. After bleaching my hair, she kept checking on me every 10 mins and washed the sections of my hair, which were done, and let the other sections dry. Although the color was a little different from what I wanted (Auburn), Alex assured me it would be alright after 1 or 2 washes. Right from the beginning I felt very welcoming.I would definitely come back!

Kathy absolutely slayed my balayage! The more I look at my hair, the more in love with it I am.She explained everything thoroughly and made me very comfortable. She genuinely cares about her work and made sure I was happy with the result. Not to mention that awesome little head and neck massage I got with my deep conditioning mask.The salon itself is really nice and everyone is very welcoming. THIS is the salon I’ve been searching for all my life.Service: Hair coloring
