I’ve been coming to the Madison Reed in Corte Madera for years so this review is long overdue. The salon manager Trish is an absolute star, and deserves a review of her own - she goes above and beyond for customers and all the staff love her too.All the stylists are friendly and good at what they do. The salon is well run and clean. I highly recommend this location

You can't beat the roots subscription program. It's so convenient to make an appointment online and I can almost always come in when I want to. My very distinctive hair color was created by my stylist of 15+ years who sadly died last year. When I first came into Madison Reed, they were so nice and really wanted to help get the colors just right. I really appreciate the care everyone took then and now when I come in for touch ups! The colorists are so respectful that I want to maintain the look created by my original stylist. Madison Reed products are great too. I don't remember my hair ever feeling softer.

Very disappointed...they totally messed up my appointment. The colorist did a good job, but she left after applying my color. Didn't even wait to see how it turned out. The lady who washed my hair did a great job. But even though I had booked a blow out (online and in person to confirm), they did not have a specialist to do it so had the person who washed my hair do the blow dry. She did the best she could but it was very obvious that it wasn't her specialty. I felt bad for her.
